Posting one of my drawings after a very long time now. 🙂

So, how’s this one, readers..?? I’ve named it the “Sea Of Expressions!” (Although it looks like a river to me :P)

It’s my second attempt at Doodle art.

Do you like it? Any suggestions on improving my drawing?

Paper used: 8.1/4″ x 11.1/2″ Sketch Pad of 120 GSM.

Pen: Pigma Micron 03 (0.35 mm)

    Gosh Suri!!! Darl… You’re Sooo super talented,and me… Phew.. The only good thing I drew was the figure on a monocotyledon in biology class 😖😢😒😒

      Don’t lose hopes dear.. Self confidence, patience, pencil and paper is all that is needed to draw! Nothing else is required. I’m sure you can draw well! 😀 Good luck.

      It took me around 4 hours if you count it in a continuous flow. Since I took a lot of breaks while doing it, I took around 3 days. 🙂

      1. Four hours…wow. I’m envious. My artwork takes much longer, especially one with this much going on. How big is the page? And the project I’m currently working on has about 30+ hours into it. I feel like you can’t tell, especially since I’m only halfway done with it.

        1. It’s drawn on a 8.1/4″ x 11.1/2″ Sketch Pad of 120 GSM. Not much, about the size of an A4 size paper.

      Well not forever, it took me around 3 days (because I took a lot of breaks in between. 😛 ) If you count it in a continuous flow, it took me only 4 hours. It isn’t quite big, just about the size of an A4 sized paper! 🙂

    1. Nobody can draw a perfect circle (without a compass of course. 😛 ) The real skill lies in how do you modify your circle as per your intuition. Art is not something that always needs social approval. Sometimes it’s just an outlet that relieves us of all our thoughts. Just like a Pensive (you might know this only if you’ve read/ seen Harry Potter.)
